Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation of registration must be made in writing and sent to the Registration Secretariat by email. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
✘ The cancellation will not be considered effective until a written acknowledgement has been received from the Registration Secretariat.
✘ Cancellation and refund of registration fees is possible June 18, 2026. An administrative fee of 50 EUR will be charged for cancellations received by this date.
✘ No refunds of registration fees will be issued for cancellations received June 18, 2026.

Invoices

A registration confirmation/receipt will be sent by email after the Registration Secretariat has received the fully completed online registration form, the related payment and any necessary documentation. Participants may be requested to present this registration confirmation/receipt at the registration counter as proof of their registration and payment.

If you wish to make any changes in the information indicated for the invoice, please inform us within 5 days of the payment day.
