Cancellation policy
1. Registration
Cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Registration Secretariat by email.
The notification should include all relevant details for a possible refund.
Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment.
Please note: Cancellations are only effective once a written acknowledgment is received from the Registration Secretariat.
2. Cancellation Fees for Registration
Until 2 March 2026: Administrative fee of €50 per participant.
From 2 March 2026 to 1 May 2026: 50% cancellation fee.
After 1 May 2026: No refund.
3. Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Full payment for hotel accommodation must be made no later than April 1st .
Until 30 March 2026: Full refund.
From 30 March until 30 April 2026: 50% cancellation fee.
After 30 April: No refund.
4. Social Events and Excursions
Payments for social events and excursions are non-refundable as of 1 May 2026.
5. Workshops: Payments for workshops are non-refundable
