➤ Participants requiring a visa for entry to Bulgaria are strongly advised to make their application at least two months before the intended date of travel. The letter of invitation does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizers to provide financial support. To assist with the visa application process, we will provide you with a letter of invitation. It will be sent to you by email once the payment for the registration fee has been received.

In order to guarantee your booking, a deposit of 2 nights is required.
Room cancellations without cancellation fee can be done until April 24, 2023.
Room cancellations after April 24, 2023 are subject to cancellation fee of 2 room nights. Room deposit should be paid at the time of booking.

5 days of the payment day.
After the 5-day period CIC Ltd. will not be able to make any modifications of the invoices already issued.
- After receiving the payment CIC Ltd. will send the invoice to the email address indicated by you.

Please note that any handling fee, international transaction bank fee or any conversion of currency is the sole responsibility of the participant and should be covered by him/her!

Balance payments, if any, are payable on-site at the event registration desk either in cash or by credit card upon arrival. Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club are acceptable. Please note that we do not accept American Express.
Policy
Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Registration Secretariat by email. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original transaction.
✘ Cancellation of a confirmed registration by April 24, 2023 will be subject to an administrative fee of 50 EUR per participant.
✘ On or after April 24, 2023 up to May 15, 2023 – 50% cancellation fee of all payments except hotel reservations.
For hotel cancellation policies, please check the accommodation section.
✘ Please note that if you cancel after May 15, 2023, no refund will be possible.
The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the Registration Secretariat is received.
Registration confirmation/receipt
A registration confirmation/receipt will be sent by email after the Registration Secretariat has received the fully completed online registration form, the related payment and any necessary documentation. Participants may be requested to present this registration confirmation/receipt at the registration counter as proof of their registration and payment.
