Full payment of the total amount is required upon registration.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Secretariat by email. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original transaction.
Cancellations made by July 18, 2025, inclusive, will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made after July 18, 2025, are non-refundable.
In case you are unable to travel, your reservation can be transferred to another person until October 30, 2025, without additional fees.

The payment via bank transfer must be made within 5 business days from your registration. If the deadline is not respect, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the registration.


INVOICE

The invoice will be sent to the contact email address you provided.

If you would like the invoice to be issued to an individual please fill in the first name, second name, and surname as they appear on the identification document in the Company/Individual field, enter your personal identification number at VAT No/ Tax ID field, and the address from the ID into the "Tax Address" field.
After receiving the payment CIC Ltd. will send the invoice to the email address indicated by you. In case the required information is not provided within 5 days of the payment date, Company for international congresses - CIC Ltd. is not responsible for issuing the invoice. If you wish to make any changes in the information indicated for the invoice, please inform us within 5 days of the payment day. After the 5-day period CIC Ltd. will not be able to make any modifications of the invoices already issued.

CIC Ltd. issues invoices without a stamp and signature. According to Article 7 of the Accounting Law and the letter from the Ministry of Finance (Tax Administration) No. 91-00-46 dated March 25, 2002, a stamp is not a mandatory element of an invoice, and signatures may be replaced with identification codes.
