Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation of registration must be made in writing and sent to the Registration Secretariat by email. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.
✘ The cancellation will not be considered effective until a written acknowledgement has been received from the Registration Secretariat.
✘ Cancellation and refund of registration fees is possible February 23, 2026. An administrative fee of 50 EUR will be charged for cancellations received by this date.
✘ No refunds of registration fees will be issued for cancellations received February 23, 2026.

Invoices

A registration confirmation/receipt will be sent by email after the Registration Secretariat has received the fully completed online registration form, the related payment and any necessary documentation. Participants may be requested to present this registration confirmation/receipt at the registration counter as proof of their registration and payment.
